Svenska Aerogel Holding AB (publ) Nomination Committee proposes two new Board members
Ahead of the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2021, the Nomination Committee of Svenska Aerogel Holding AB proposes that the Board continue to consist of five members. Board members Angelica Adamski and Erik Olsson have declined re-election and the Nomination Committee therefore proposes Petra Einarsson and Jim Wennerlid to be elected and that Mårten Hellberg and Chatarina Schneider be re-elected. The Nomination Committee also proposes that Per Nordberg be re-elected Chairman of the Board.
Petra Einarsson was born in 1967 and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Petra is former CEO and President of BillerudKorsnäs and has more than 20 years of experience from Sandvik in various management positions including Business Area Manager for Sandvik Materials Technology and member of Sandvik AB Group Management. Petra is currently Board member of SSAB, since 2014, and Board member of Alimak Group, since 2020.

Jim Wennerlid was born in 1973 and has a master’s degree in international marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Informatics. Jim is Franchise Controller at Johnson & Johnson and investor. For the past 15 years, Jim Wennerlid has worked in various strategic and operational leadership roles within Johnson & Johnson. Jim has been responsible for most commercial start-ups, turn-arounds and expansions and has been stationed in five different countries on three continents. Previous experience from Tetra Pak.
