Svenska Aerogel receives a call-off order for 3 tons of Quartzene[®] from its French distributor Novcoat. The order thus represents a delivery contract between the two companies for 2024 and will be divided into four deliveries during the year. The material will be used by Novcoat’s customer in cool roof paint.

Svenska Aerogel Holding AB (publ) (“Svenska Aerogel” or “the Company”) today announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO6, which were issued in connection with the Company’s rights issue of units on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in October 2022. In total, 122,790,154 warrants of series TO6 were exercised, corresponding to approximately 93.1 percent of the total number of outstanding warrants of series TO6, for subscription of 122,790,154 shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.22 per share. Svenska Aerogel will receive approximately SEK 27 million before issuing costs through the exercise of the warrants of series TO6.

Svenska Aerogel Holding AB (publ) (“Svenska Aerogel” or “the Company”) completed a rights issue of units on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in October 2022. Each unit consisted of two (2) shares and two (2) warrants of series TO6. Each warrant of series TO6 entitles to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company. The exercise price for the warrants of series TO6 have been determined to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price in the Company’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the measurement period, which ran from and including April 14, 2023, up to and including April 27, 2023, however not higher than SEK 0.22 and not less than the quota value of the Company’s shares. During the measurement period, the volume-weighted average price in the Company’s share was approximately SEK 0.40, therefore, the exercise price for the warrants of series TO6 is SEK 0.22. The exercise period for warrants of series TO6 runs during the period from and including May 2, 2023, up to and including May 16, 2023.

Elin Lovén will take up the position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Svenska Aerogel Holding AB. Elin will replace Olof Esgård and will join Svenska Aerogel latest January 2023. She is a senior executive with a vast CFO experience and finance reporting experience from companies such as Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology, Duro Sweden AB and Grant Thornton.

To optimize the use of Quartzene®, a world leading producer in the process industry enters into a collaboration agreement with Svenska Aerogel. The collaboration agreement initially refers to funding a joint research and development plan.  The financial compensation to Svenska Aerogel amounts to 465 KEUR for the R&D services. In addition, the customer has the option to order Quartzene®, with an expectation of approximately 30 tons per year during the pilot phase.

Ahead of the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2021, the Nomination Committee of Svenska Aerogel Holding AB proposes that the Board continue to consist of five members. Board members Angelica Adamski and Erik Olsson have declined re-election and the Nomination Committee therefore proposes Petra Einarsson and Jim Wennerlid to be elected and that Mårten Hellberg and Chatarina Schneider be re-elected. The Nomination Committee also proposes that Per Nordberg be re-elected Chairman of the Board.

Svenska Aerogel Holding AB has signed agreements with 4 new distributors to increase sales and market presence.

Svenska Aerogel has received orders for 1 tonne from Rayoung in Asia and another 1.2 tonnes from French distributor Novcoat. This together with other orders in November means that Svenska Aerogel hits sales record. (translated pressrelease from Nov 27, 2020)
